Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre aims to stop family violence by providing safe shelters, counseling and prevention services throughout the Northumberland County. November is Woman Abuse Prevention Month: the purple scarf symbolizes the courage it takes a woman to walk away from her abuser.
We-Fix-U will once again participate by selling “Wrapped in Courage” scarves and toques for $20.00 with all proceeds going to Cornerstone. We invite you to show your support by purchasing a scarf or toque at our Port Hope clinic, Cobourg clinic, or through the Cornerstone office.
