A safe and effective exercise program to help educate, support, and prepare women for the delivery of their babies. This is a low impact exercise class combining breath work, stretching and muscle toning specifically designed for the expectant mom. Lead by a Registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Sherry Heenan, this class will increase your energy, reduce pregnancy related discomforts, help you sleep better, and help improve labour, delivery, and postnatal recovery. Appropriate for all physical fitness levels.
